Transform your drawings into 3d images with enough details to imagine how the space will look like when it is finished. Be able to virtually walk through your future home, or use it as marketing material for selling or leasing your space.

The first thing we need from you is CAD or hand-drawn images, or just images of the space that you want to be transformed into 3D space. Once we check the scope of work, we can tell you the price. Upon agreeing on the price, we are sending you an invoice for 50% of the agreed amount. After the payment, we are starting with work.With files and payment received, we are making a shared Dropbox folder, where you can check the progress of our work.

With the received files, we can make walls, doors, and windows for the plan. This is the first part of the process; from which we are going in different directions based on what you need. When the 3d plan is finished, we can make a 3D floor plan to render, a virtual walkthrough, virtual staging, or design every room individually and make interior renders.When 3d plan is finished, we are moving to the next step of the process.
Next Process
The next step is to create materials for floors, walls, doors, and windows for the 3d objects created. To make this part, we can give our suggestions of materials that can be used, or we can make materials to your specifications if you have them.After these materials are made, we can move to the next step of the project.

This step can be very detailed or have basic elements. We can design specific furniture by the instructions you give us, or we can choose on our own from the furniture selection that we have pre-made. The price depends a lot on this part. The more custom furniture we’re making, the higher is the price. With the pre-made furniture sets we have, the process is faster and costs less, but the quality stays the same. Once we create furniture, we are preparing environment and lights for the final renders.Now we are ready for rendering, and we can move to the final step. At this point, several directions can be taken depending on what your project is about.

The last step is crating renders. If you want a 3D floor plane to render, we are delivering a bird eye image in PNG format. If you want interior renders, we are delivering high-resolution interior renders. If we are making a virtual walkthrough, we are connecting renders in 3Dvista in order to create an interactive file for you to be able to move through the designed space. If the project we are doing is virtual staging, we are combining 3d renders with the images of your space to deliver a final image of recreating a room full of furniture.By delivering renders, we are done with the project, and we are delivering high-resolution images and all of the files created. We are delivering these final files after the second part of the agreed price is paid. This concludes our business and we can start a new one if you have it.
